The Bank of Khyber has recently inducted the 7th batch of Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) comprising specifically of female employees. This batch has been inducted to address the gender gap within the Bank.
The Bank is shifting towards diversity among the workforce while catering to the latest trends in the market. Induction of an all-female batch will serve our purpose of gender diversity as well as provide equal employment opportunity.
Further, the candidates have gone through rigorous screening procedure to ensure that the Bank has hired best possible resource for management positions in the future.
