A high level meeting was held here Thursday with Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Hussain, Vice Chancellor in chair to discuss the strategic vision plan to be among the top ranking universities of the world through education, research and innovation.
The Vice Chancellor pointed out few challenges that University is facing including quality of graduates in the job market, acceptability of academic research as compared to other public/sector universities and visibility at International level. He outlined three areas including education, administration and finance to address the challenges and presented his strategy for the next three years of his tenure.
He urged to take drastic measures in all three areas for improving visibility, transparency.
