Buzdar inaugurates first phase of Manzilain Aasan programme

The Chief Minister of the Punjab Usman Buzdar has inaugurated first phase of Naya Pakistan, Manzilain Aasan programme worth Rs. 15 billion from Hafizabad today. Addressing inaugural ceremony of development schemes, at Kolo Tarar, he said that development of backward areas is top priority of the PTI government that is why, the Naya Pakistan, Manzilain Aasn Programme was being launched from Hafizabad today.
He said that under this programme 1236 km long roads will be completed by December 31 this year while second phase of this programme would be launched from January next year. He said that with the completion of these roads not only better communications facilities would available to rural people but business activities would also be enhanced. He said that with the collaboration of Federal government, 500 million saplings would be planted during five years under green and clean Pakistan Programme and 9 million saplings would be planted during this year in the Punjab.
He called upon people to play their vital role in tree plantation campaign for making the country green and clean. He said four 29 km long fields to market roads under this programme would complete in the district with the cost of more than Rs. 323.7million in the District Hafizabad. He said that 67 development schemes worth Rs. 5.67 billion would be completed in the District Hafizabad under annual development and communality development programs.
He said that newly constructed Girls Degree College Hafizabad Eastern side was completed with the cost of Rs. 126.6 million, Rescue 1122 Pindi Bhattian completed with the cost of Rs. 14 million and Mango garden was planted at 58 Kanal land retrieved from grabbers. He said that the Punjab government was completed its operation against encroachments successfully in the province and District Administration Hafizabad was retrieved 794 kanal state land worth Rs. 640 million from land grabbers in the District.
The CM laid foundation stone of road from Sandhwan Tarar to Ballo Nou under Naya Paksitan, Manzalian Assan progrmee and inaugurated newly constructed Girls Degree College Hafizabad Eastern side completed with the cost of Rs. 126.6 million, Rescue 1122 Pindi Bhattian completed with the cost of Rs. 14 million and Mango garden planted at 58 Kanal land state land retrieved from grabbers. The CM was announced to upgrade district headquarter hospital Hafizabad and declared that district Hafizabad was as like Dera ghazi Khan for me. MNA Ch. Shoukat Ali Bhatti and Provincial Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Punjab, Muhammad Mamoon Tarar was also addressed the function.
