SIALKOT – The National Savings Centre, Sialkot, on Wednesday announced the winners of first and second prizes in Rs40,000 prize bond draw December 2025.
The winner of first prize of Rs40,000 prize bond will grab Rs80 million while the cash prize for three second winners stands at Rs30 million each.
40000 Prize Bond December 2025 Winners
The first prize of Rs80 million has been won by the holder of the bond number 566979. The second prize of Rs30 million each was clinched by three bondholders with the numbers 131132, 202389 and 944403.
WHT Deduction
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any investment made under Premium Prize Bond Scheme and profit earned thereon is exempted from compulsory deduction of Zakat. However, withholding tax on both the profit (Section 151 of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001) and prize money (Section 156 of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001) shall be applicable as per the prevailing rate notified by the federal government.
