KARACHI – Meezan Bank has announced its revised fee structure for its debit card services under the schedule of charges for the period from January to June 2026.
It is labeled as the Pakistan’s first and largest Islamic bank. It is a publicly listed company with a paid-up capital of Rs. 18 billion. It is one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the banking sector of the country.
According to the updated fee schedule, the Meezan VISA Debit Cards will be available in various categories, including Classic, Gold, Platinum, Infinite, Women First, Kids & Teens, and Student Cards.
Debit Card Issuance and Annual Fees 2026
The issuance fee for the Classic Card is set at Rs3,500 with the same annual fee, while the higher-tier Gold and Platinum Cards will cost Rs 4,500 and Rs 10,000, respectively.
The Infinite Card, aimed at premium customers, will have an issuance fee of Rs 42,500, along with the same annual fee.
For Women First Cardholders, the issuance fee is Rs500, with an annual fee of Rs3,500. The Kids & Teens Card is available for free, but with an annual fee of Rs1,250, while the Student Card is free of both issuance and annual fees.
For Meezan MasterCard Debit Cards, the issuance fees for Classic and Titanium Cards are Rs 3,500 and Rs 5,000, respectively. The World Card, a premium option, is priced at Rs 27,500 for both issuance and annual fees. For foreign currency accounts, the FCY Debit Card will charge an issuance and annual fee of USD 15.
Additionally, the Meezan PayPak Debit Card will have an issuance fee of Rs 2,500, with an identical annual fee.
These revised charges reflect Meezan Bank’s effort to offer a range of options to cater to various customer needs, from basic to premium cardholders.
