QUETTA – The National Savings Centre in Quetta will hold draw number 23 of the Rs25,000 prize bond, with investors eagerly hoping to win the jackpot.
Holders of premium prize bonds receive a semi-annual profit on their investment, calculated at the rate notified by the Government of Pakistan, either from the date of issue or from the date of the last profit payment.
In addition, premium prize bond holders are also eligible to win prize money in quarterly draws, provided they meet the applicable holding period requirements.
Rs25000 Prize Bond Winning Amount
The 1st prize of Rs 30 million will be awarded to two lucky winners, while the 2nd prize of Rs. 10 million will go to five winners.
The 3rd prize, valued at Rs. 300,000 each, will be given to 700 winners.
Investors are not required to submit any claims, as the prize money for winning Premium Prize Bonds is automatically credited to the registered bank account provided at the time of bond purchase.
25,000 Prize Bond Winners
The number of top winners and complete draw results will be shared as soon as it is released by the savings centre.
Tax Deduction
The tax deduction rate on a Rs. 25,000 prize bond in Pakistan stands 15% for active tax filers and 30% for non-filers.
