In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami has said that decision of the authorities to downgrade and withdraw secu-rity of political leaders and activists of different parties was arbitrary and had no justification.
Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami in a statement in Srinagar said the decision could endanger the lives of these leaders and activists.
“The security should be provided irrespective of political affiliations,” he said and urged the admini-stration to review the decision.—KMS
