Usaid Rafiq
Rafiq hails from a family deeply rooted in education and public service. His father, Mian Abid Rafiq, is a retired government school teacher, while his mother continues to serve as a teacher. His sister is a practicing doctor, reflecting a strong family legacy dedicated to serving society through education and healthcare.
According to official results, Rafiq secured a total of 939 marks, including 714 in written papers and 225 in the viva voce. However, his journey to the top was far from comfortable. In English (Precis and Composition), he scored exactly 40 marks, the minimum passing score, meaning even a single mark less would have pushed him out of the competitive race entirely.
