FAISALABAD – The arrest of man named “Umairy” sent shockwaves across Pakistan after viral leaked nude video sparked widespread outrage on social media, prompting action from police.
As per available information, Umair Butt, aka Umairy is facing action under Section 496B of the Pakistan Penal Code. The arrest was made amid mounting public pressure and widespread outrage over the circulation of the explicit clip on social media platforms.
According to officials, the case was initiated after complaints were received regarding the dissemination of obscene content and alleged immoral conduct. Police officials have not shared any specific detail about it but warned social media users against sharing or reposting explicit material, stressing that doing so is a punishable offense under Pakistani cyber and criminal laws.
The obscene clip, which circulated rapidly before being taken down by major platforms, triggered intense public anger, calls for strict legal action, and renewed debate over morality, privacy, and the unchecked spread of explicit content online.

The clip, reportedly filmed by couple themselves, shows woman and younger man engaging in explicit sexual acts while holding camera and talking. Versions of clip range from 7 minutes 11 seconds to others referencing dialogue lines such as “Dunya Maar Doongi.”
In the audio, the woman can be heard discussing her husband and brothers while wooing man to marry her, and the immoral clip fueled anger and heated discussion across social media platforms.
Activists and public figures are now calling on authorities to take strict action against those sharing and distributing such content, citing the growing social harm of leaked intimate videos.
