Two Indian soldiers injured in grenade blasts


In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, two Indian soldiers were injured as unidentified men hurled two grenades at paramilitary forces in Shopian and Tral areas of south Kashmir on Saturday evening.

Officials said a grenade was hurled on a Central Reserve Police Personnel Force (CRPF) camp at Zainapora in Shopian and in the blast one trooper Amit Kumar was injured.

They said a grenade was also tossed at the CRPF Camp at Nowdal Tral in Pulwama district.

A senior police officer confirmed that two CRPF men were injured in the grenade blasts.—KMS
