The visit of a Turkish Ministry of Religious Affairs delegation to Lahore was postponed after the team head Dr Ali Erbaş contracted coronavirus.
Ali Erbaş is a Turkish Muslim scholar and president of the Directorate of Religious Affairs (Diyanet) in Turkey.
According to officials, the Turkish delegation was scheduled to visit the Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan at Greater Iqbal Park, Masjid Wazir Khan and historic Lahore Museum.
The Turkish delegation also scheduled to meet the Punjab Governor and Chief Minister.
