Acting Ambassador of Thailand in Pakistan called on Punjab Assembly Speaker and PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi at his residence in Lahore on Sunday.
Pervaiz Elahi is an acting Punjab Governor because Governor Chaudhry Sarwar was on a visit to Europe. Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that Pakistan and Thailand have long-lasting political and economic ties.
“Special Economic Zones (SEZs) are being made in Pakistan for the foreign investors,” Pervaiz Elahi told the Thai ambassador.
Thailand envoy expressed that Thai companies are interested in investing in agriculture and food products.
