SSUET, Accountability Lab sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET)and Accountability Lab Islamabad to conduct training workshops and seminars to hone the skills of teachers and students, enhance their skills and train them.

Sir Syed University will provide infrastructure for seminars, workshops and other events and will encourage university teachers and students to participate in such activities. Awards will also be given under the Small Scale Innovative Social Action Plan (SAPs). Through a strong community network and educational environment, various programs will be organized by the Accountability Lab to make the life of the common man better and happier.

The aim of the lab is to expand the Early Warning System (EWS) to empower the Cuban people and enhance their capabilities, and to make the public aware of their basic rights and to ensure that people at all levels and the gap between the relevant government procedures can be reduced. So far, three Accountability Centers have been set up for the youth under the Accountability Lab and a series of training programs have been launched across Pakistan involving various stakeholders, including government agencies, schools, civil society, youth leaders and media.
