A total of 35 women cricketers will participate in a four-week skills and fitness camp, set to commence in Karachi on Sunday, December 21, as part of their preparations for the upcoming international series.
The players, who recently featured in the National Women’s One-Day Tournament held in Faisalabad, have been selected to enhance their skills and fitness further ahead of the busy international season.
During the camp, the cricketers will undergo intensive skills sessions, participate in practice matches and work on their overall fitness at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre under the supervision of the academy coaches.
The camp forms an important part of Pakistan women’s preparations ahead of their tour of South Africa, where they are scheduled to play three ODIs and three T20Is from February 10 to March 1.
