The All Sindh Universities Employees Federation “Asibaf” convened a meeting chaired by Chairman Noor Muhammad Hali to address pressing issues faced by university employees. Attendees included representatives from various universities across Sindh. During the meeting, leaders voiced concerns over deliberate financial crises plaguing universities, leading to delayed payments for employees.
They highlighted the unfair treatment of employees demanding their rights, citing dismissals and maltreatment. The federation urged top officials, including the Chief Justice of Pakistan and Sindh High Court, as well as the Chief Minister and Governor of Sindh, to intervene and ensure timely payments, equal benefits, and representation in university syndicates for employees.
