ISLAMABAD – The Senate and National Assembly resume their sessions at the parliament house in Islamabad today.
The Senate will meet at twelve-thirty pm and the National Assembly at three pm.
Meanwhile, Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari claimed that consensus has been reached in the special parliamentary committee regarding Constitutional Amendments.
During a joint parliamentary party meeting in Islamabad, he emphasized his party’s commitment to getting these amendments passed in parliament.
Bilawal Bhutto mentioned that the PPP, Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) had already reached a consensus on the draft of these amendments.
