LAHORE – Renowned Pakistani actress Saba Qamar has opened up about her absence from social media and limelight during Eid-ul-Azha, explaining why she chose not to share any photos on the festive occasion.
In a message shared on her Instagram story, the actress addressed fans who were eagerly waiting to see her Eid pictures. “I know many of my fans wanted to see my Eid photos, but this time, I didn’t take a single picture,” she wrote.
Saba Qamar further revealed that she neither wore new clothes nor got ready for Eid, saying she simply didn’t feel the need to. “This Eid, I just wanted to rest. I spent all three days relaxing — I oiled my hair, ate good food, and offered silent prayers from the heart,” she said.
The Kamli star added that she had been working continuously and travelling over the past several months. “My heart asked me to take a break this Eid, and I listened,” she explained.
Reflecting on the importance of inner peace, Saba noted, “Sometimes we go home just for our own peace of mind, and that’s exactly what I did. I stayed away from glamour and noise, and took some time for myself.”
She assured her fans that she is now back to work and promised to share updates about her upcoming projects soon.
The actress thanked her fans for their unwavering support and encouraged them to always follow their hearts just as she did.
