LAHORE – Police in Lahore arrested two suspects on the complaint of a foreign national alleging that Raza Dar, along with four other individuals, kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and extorted them in the upscale society of Lahore.
The complainant requested legal action against all five accused. The matter has been forwarded to the Station House Officer (SHO) of Defence C Police Station for inquiry. Authorities said an FIR will be registered after verification of the allegations.
The complainant, Stephanie Adriana Mau-Asum, a Dutch national, alleged that she and Venezuelan national Astrid Robinson Bracho first met Muhammad Raza Dar in Singapore in October 2025, and the suspect later invited them to Pakistan and arranged their visas.
The complaint alleges that on June 29, the two women were abducted by Raza Dar, a man described as his “boss,” and three other individuals. It further claims that the suspects held the women against their will, threatened them with violence, and demanded money in exchange for their release.

According to the complaint, the victims were subjected to physical abuse and sexual violence during their captivity. The complainant alleges that Astrid Robinson Bracho was repeatedly sexually assaulted by two of the accused, while Stephanie Adriana Mau-Asum alleges that she was sexually assaulted and physically threatened. The complaint also alleges that weapons, including a knife, broken glass and a firearm, were used to intimidate the victims.
One of the victims’ fathers, who was in the Netherlands, contacted Pakistani authorities through emergency helpline after learning of the alleged kidnapping. Police reportedly recovered the two women within hours of receiving the information, while two suspects were detained in connection with the case.
Police have recorded the complaint under the relevant legal provisions relating to kidnapping and sexual assault and referred the matter for further legal action. As of now, Lahore Police have not publicly confirmed the allegations, and the claims contained in the complaint remain under investigation. No court has determined the allegations to be proven.
Punjab CM also took action on the incident and suspended SHO Defence C police station over negligence as further proceedings are underway.
