LAHORE – The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has introduced a six-step online payment process, providing citizens with a simpler and more convenient way to pay charges related to land and property services.
The new digital payment gateway enables users to make secure online payments for services including e-Stamp, Fard, Mutation (Intiqal), Registry, land record copies and other related transactions.
Under the six-step process, users first enter their challan number on the payment gateway portal before retrieving the challan details through the “Fetch” option.
After verifying the information, they can proceed to payment by selecting “Pay Now”, entering their debit or credit card details, completing the verification process and confirming the transaction.
Once the payment is successfully processed, users can immediately download an electronic receipt.
The online payment facility is available through both the PLRA web portal and the Punjab Zameen mobile application, offering a faster and more streamlined method for paying property transaction-related charges.
