In a scathing critique of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, Jahangir Khanzada, Member of the district monitoring committee and former provincial Minister, lamented the lack of tangible efforts in bolstering the education sector, particularly at the primary level.
Speaking to the public after laying the foundation stone for a new primary school in village Asghar, Hazro town of Attock, Khanzada highlighted the dire state of early education, attributing it to a dearth of facilities and a shortage of teaching staff. Accompanied by PML Hazro chapter president Malik Ansar Ahmed, local figure Tallal Ashraf Butt, and Riaz Khan, Khanzada underscored the absence of teacher recruitments over the past four years, exacerbating the challenges faced by the education system.—APP
