The business community delegation included Shahid Hussain, Ahmed Shamsi, Dilshad Bukhari, Haseeb Akhlaq, Zubair Ali Khan and others were addressing a press conference after the meeting, PTI Karachi President and Member Sindh Assembly Khurram Sher Zaman said that we are the sons of Karachi and are representing Karachi. Karachi is running the whole country. Business community has now started making contacts with the political parties due to their problems. Businessmen have presented their demands to us for the Prime Minister. PTI Karachi Senior Vice President Mahmood Maulvi, General Secretary Saeed Afridi, Information Secretary Jamal Siddiqui, Vice President Capt (R) Rizwan, Member Sindh Assembly Shehzad Qureshi, President PTI Karachi Advisor Imran Siddiqui, Tauqeer Ahmed and others were also present. Khurram further said, Prime Minister is coming to Karachi by this weekend. He always thinks & talk about the working class & business community. In these circumstances, we have to support our business community. The entire poor class is connected with the business community. A meeting with PM may be schedule with business community on his visit of metropolis. Sindh government is only busy in setting up SOPs but failed in implementation. Business community is ready to follow SOPs. If Sindh government’s ministers and advisers will fail, then we are ready to help.Business community has demanded to reopen markets by 8 May. PTI is with business community, if Sindh government tried to lodge FIR against businessman, then the first FIR will be lodge against us. Lockdown of Sindh government is only a political lockdown. ”We assure all associations that PTI stands by them. We have to save Karachi.” The Karachities doesn’t accept this political lockdown.Pakistan People Party has nothing to serve people. Leader of PTI Khurram Sher Zaman further said that Sindh government should announce business SOPs by 8th of May at any cost. By 9th May, we will stand with business leaders on their SOPs.
