PPP jiyala facing acute financial crisis

Seasoned political worker, affiliated with Pakistan Peoples Party for the past 20 years, has moaned over suspension of his salary since 2012.

Karim Khowaja who was among those Jiyalas of Pakistan Peoples Party who sustained critical injuries during the Karsaz bomb blast complained in front of journalists here on Sunday that he had been facing an acute financial crisis for the past 8 years owing to the suspension of his salary.

He said that’ After the assassination of Mahatma BB Shaheed his workers and supporters have been left helpless by the current party leadership none of them has bothered to support the Diyala’s who are the true ideologists of the party.

As per the promise of BB Shaheed we were given Jobs in the education department but after some time the then secretary of education Fazlullah Pechhu suspended their salaries; said, Karim.

The dejected worker said that time and again he had approached the concerned quarters to inquire after the reason behind the suspension of his salary but all his efforts in this regard had proved futile.
