Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will arrange various activities to mark October 27 as Kashmir Black Day.
An official of PNCA said, speech and tableaus contests will be arranged among the students of schools and colleges to educate them about the importance of the observance of the Kashmir Black Day and the Kashmiris’ struggle to secure their right to self-determination.
He said, the participating schools as well as the participants will be issued certificates of participation and honorary shields.—KMS
