Peace under the smoke

The United States and the Taliban have been trying to negotiate an agreement on the withdrawal of US forces in exchange for a Taliban commitment on security and peace talks with Afghanistan government. Therefore, America has lost almost one trillion dollars and hundreds of soldiers died in the war on the soil of Afghanistan. Simultaneously, the people of Afghanistan have been facing some brutal actions of extremist and radical groups.
On the other hand, the terrorist group – the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) – has been attacking on civilians. In Kabul, they have attacked on a wedding ceremony and killed 63 people and critically injured 182 people; attacked Afghanistan’s Jalalabad on the day of independence and wounded more than 30 people. Precisely, the ISIL wants to spoil the process of negotiation between US and Taliban. They are trying to ruin the peace and stability process. Therefore, the peace process hurt their socioeconomic and political interest.
