ABU DHABI – The Pakistan Embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced two-day closure on the account of “Eid al Etihad” or the UAE national day.
It has shared a notice on social media platforms, stating that the Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, will remain closed on December 1 and 2.
“Pakistani Community based in the United Arab Emirates is informed that the Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, will remain closed on Monday and Tuesday, 01 and 02 December 2025, on account of ‘Eid al Etihad’. The Embassy will re-open on Wednesday, 03 December 2025,” read the notice shared on Facebook.
The Pakistan Embassy in the UAE plays a crucial role in maintaining diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. Its primary functions include representing Pakistan’s interests, promoting bilateral trade, and fostering cultural ties.
The embassy provides consular services such as visa issuance, passport renewal, and assistance to Pakistani nationals in distress. It also works on strengthening economic cooperation, facilitating business partnerships, and supporting Pakistanis living in the UAE with legal and social support.
