Pakistan CG holds ‘Khuli Kacheri’ for countrymen in Jeddah

In line with the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Consulate General of Pakistan Jeddah on Monday organized a Khuli Kachehri’.

Due to precautionary measures related to COVID-19, the interaction was kept virtual. A cross-section of Pakistani community, mainly from Abha region participated in the event.

The Consul General of Pakistan Mr. Khalid Majid presided over the proceedings, attended to various complaints, views/comments, and suggestions of the participants.

Most of the concerns of the community members revolved around issues related to their work condition, Iqama renewals and legal issues associated with the lapse of their Entry visas due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The Consul General assured the community of the fullest cooperation of the Consulate General in facilitating Pakistanis living in the western region of the Kingdom in the best possible manner.
