LAHORE – Another development in case of Pakistani content creator Saadur Rehman aka Ducky Bhai who finds himself in eye of a legal storm as Lahore High Court issues notices to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) over his bail plea.
Ducky is accused of promoting high-stakes gambling apps like 1xBet, Bet 365, B9 Game, and Binomo, was arrested at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on August 17 while en route to an international event. Authorities allege his promotions have caused massive financial losses to unsuspecting users.
Despite earlier bail rejections by lower courts, the legal team of YouTuber argues he was never given prior notice for inquiry and points out that others arrested in the same case have already been released.
