Nawaz to reach Murree today as PML-N, PPP engage in fifth round of talks

LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Supremo Nawaz Sharif is expected to visit Murree on Monday (today), said the sources.

The sources said that Nawaz Sharif would meet PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari, Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and other leaders to discuss the matters of mutual interests including formation of governments in the center and Punjab.

“Nawaz Sharif is likely to meet Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal after his arrival in Murree,” said the sources.

Both PML-N and the PPP, the sources said, would issue a declaration regarding joint working and formation of the next government.

The coordination committees of the PML-N and the PPP would hold the 5th round of talks on government formation in Islamabad today (Monday).

Earlier, both committees held the 4th round of talks yesterday (Sunday) and deliberated upon several important principles for government formation.

Senator Ishaq Dar, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Senator Azam Nazir Tarar, and Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan represented Pakistan Muslim League (N), while Syed Murad Ali Shah, Qamar Zaman Kaira, Saeed Ghani, Sardar Bahadur Khan Sehar, Nadeem Afzal Chan, and Shazi Khan represented Pakistan Peoples Party.
