President University of Management & Technology (UMT) Ibrahim Hassan Murad paid tribute to Pakistan armed forces on Defence Day, saying that Defence Day is celebrated as a national day to commemorate the sacrifices made by valiant soldiers for safeguarding the motherland.
He said that after the unforgettable struggle and sacrifices of the forefathers, Pakistan came into being, which is based on true Islamic ideology.
The President UMT expressed that everyone should create awareness among the youth to contribute towards development of the country, adding that the youth is in fact the backbone of nation and can bring positive change through educational revolution.
He also said that every individual of Pakistan should come forward for the prosperity and wellbeing of Pakistan at this time when the eyes of the enemy are on us.
