Session court in Fatehjang town of Attock on Friday sentenced a convict to death for murdering a man over land feud in the limits of Fatehjang Police station during year 2003 The judge also imposed fine over convict as damages.
According to the FIR registered under section 302 and 34 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) at Fatehjang Police station, the accused MuzloomHussain Shah had shot dead his brother in law NusratHussain Shah on March 2003 in MianRasheeda village over land dispute. The suspect went underground after committing the cold blood murder and subsequently he was declared a proclaimed offender (PO) by the court. Police after almost after 20 years of haunt arrested the suspect on August 1, 2023 after raiding at his hideout.
