According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), moderate moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating upper parts of Pakistan. A trough of westerly wave is also affecting north-western parts of the country.

Landslides may occur in vulnerable areas of upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Buner, Battagram, Mansehra, Haripur, Abbottabad), Gilgit-Baltistan, Murree, Galiyat and Kashmir.

Daytime temperatures in Islamabad are expected to remain between 34°C and 36°C on Saturday and Sunday.
Daytime temperatures in Rawalpindi are expected to remain between 33°C and 35°C on Saturday and Sunday.
