In continuation of its anti-Kashmiris’ measures, Narendra Modi-led Indian regime has attached another piece of land measuring 10 Marlas in Gandarbal district, today, under the draconian law Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
The attached land is situated at Revenue Estate Wakoora belonging to Lateef Ahmad Kambay, a resident of Wakoora, Gandarbal district.
The land was taken into custody on the order of Additional Session Judge, National Investigation Agency court, Gandarbal.
This brutal step is part of the ongoing policies of the Modi regime to silence the Kashmiri people from raising their voice for right to self-determination. The victim is is lodged at Central Jail Srinagar, in a fake case.—KMS
