In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the daughter-in-law of Molvi Muhammad Shah, the former General Secretary of Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam and the younger brother of Molvi Muhammad Yousuf Shah (RA), passed away after a brief illness in Srinagar. The deceased was wife of late Molvi Ghulam Mustafa.
Expressing deep grief and sorrow over the demise, the Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam extended heartfelt condolence with the members of the Mirwaiz family, especially the son of the deceased, Moulvi Iftikhar Ahmad, Anjuman head Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, late Molvi Ghulam Mustafa’s brothers – Er Nisar Ahmad, Molvi Muzaffar Ahmad and Molvi Basharat Ahmad – and prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and forbearance to all the bereaved family members.
The funeral prayers of the deceased were offered, today, while Mirwaiz Umar Farooq could not attend the Namaaz-e-Janaza owing to his continuous arbitrary house arrest since August 5, 2019.
As per the family sources, no gathering for Fateha would be held in view of the COVID-19 pandemic and people are requested to pray for the departed soul and her ascension to Jannat-ul-Firdous
