LAHORE – In an important development in the case of alleged assault on former stage dancer and actress Nargis at the Cantt Court Lahore, her husband Majid Bashir on Wednesday challenged Nargis’s medical records in court, declaring them to be bogus.
According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate issued a written order upon Majid Bashir’s request, directing the formation of a medical board to examine Nargis’s injuries.
The written order instructs the medical board to thoroughly review the injuries of the complainant, Nargis, and submit a report.
On the other hand, Nargis’s lawyer stated that her medical examination was conducted in accordance with the law and regulations.
The legal dispute between actress Nargis and her husband is becoming increasingly complex, and further developments are expected in the upcoming hearing.
