Martyrs of APS Peshawar remembered

The martyrs of Army public school Peshawar were remembered and sacrifice of Pakistan Army personnel were launched aimed remember the martyrs and express solidarity with the relatives of them who embraced martyre in a terrorist attack on 16 December 2014.

In this connection a memorial rally was taken out from Deputy Commissioner Office to Public Park Makli in leadership of Additional Deputy Commissioner One Riaz Hussain Lighari.

The rally was joined by officials of revenue, education, health, social welfare, local government, and non government organisations.

While addressing the rally ADC Riaz Hussain Laghari said that the December 16, 2014 was the darkest day in the country’s history when terrorists attacked the Army Public School (APS) Peshawar and martyred more than a hundred innocent students and teachers .He said the nation can never forget the day because Seven years have been passed it but the grief of the innocent martyrs is still fresh today. Lauding the sacrifice of Pakistan Army personnel and personnel of law enforcement agencies he said they have rendered to much sacrifice and have bravely fought against the terrorists to put an end of them.

Pakistan Army has established peace and protected the country of internal and external challenges he added.
