ISLAMABAD – A man lost his life after being hit by a speeding car at Radio Pakistan Chowk in Islamabad’s Red Zone.
The incident took place on Constitution Avenue earlier this week, leaving the motorcyclist seriously injured. He was rushed to a hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries the following day.
Video footage shows a yellow car travelling at high speed and hitting a motorcyclist, who was reportedly a local security staff member, at a traffic signal near the Twin Towers. The motorcyclist can be seen falling to the ground and appearing unconscious following the collision.
The victim was identified as Dil Bagh. A case has been registered at Secretariat Police Station, while the suspect has been identified as Shayan.
