Major Shake-Up in CDA: Waseem Sabir, Habib Ullah, Zardari among key postings

ISLAMABAD – Capital Development Authority (CDA) announced reshuffle in its senior engineering and management cadre, ordering the transfer and posting of several officers across various wings under the administrative control of the Directors General.

CDA’s Human Resource Development Directorate made in the interest of the Authority’s work with immediate effect and until further orders. Mr. Waseem Sabir, Director (E&M), BS-19, has been given the additional charge of Director General (Services) on an own pay and scale (OPS) basis, shifting from his previous role as Director General (E&M).
