Lahore Zoo welcomes visitors with new Animals; Check special Eid Timings here

Children visit to zoo is no less than a norm in Lahore as festive occasion encourages family outings and provide an opportunity for children to experience wild animals.

On Eid ul Adha, Lahore Zoo will be open to public with special timings. Despite limited access to facilities, families and citizens will have the opportunity to visit and enjoy the zoo.

As the construction work is underway amid massive renovation at iconic zoo established in 1860s, juniors and even adults will be able to look forward to new birds, animals, lions, and tigers.

Lahore Zoo on Eid ul Adha 2024

Lahore Zoo will be open on all Eid days from 09:00 am till sunset.

Situated on Famous Mall Road, Lahore Zoo is easily accessible and features a diverse ecosystem with a wide variety of flora and fauna. With 900 trees of 60 species and various animals including primates, big cats, deer, antelope, and birds, Lahore Zoo offers an enriching experience for visitors of all ages.

Lahore Zoo is the largest and oldest zoos in the country, and is managed by Forest, Wildlife, and Fisheries Department of Pakistan. The zoo housed giraffes, mugger crocodiles, blackbucks, nilgais, red deer, hog deer, guanacos, plains zebras, ostriches, emus, southern cassowaries, and vulturine guineafowl.
