KARACHI – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and humid weather in Karachi over the next 24 hours, with partly cloudy skies and the possibility of light drizzle in isolated areas.
The PMD said that the city’s minimum temperature was recorded at 28°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between 34°C and 36°C.
The weather department said humidity was recorded at 78%, with sea breezes blowing at a speed of 7 kilometres per hour, contributing to the humid conditions.
The Met Office also predicted light drizzle at a few locations in the city but said no widespread rainfall is expected during the forecast period.
