Karachi, Sindh weather update for weekend

KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted cold and dry weather for Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh during the weekend.

As per the synoptic situation, continental air prevails over most parts of Pakistan.

Under these conditions, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most districts of the province on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. However, partly cloudy weather is likely in Karachi and surroundings during the period.

In Karachi, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 13-15 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 12-14 C on Sunday.

In Hyderabad, the minimum temperature will likely remain between 13-15 C on Saturday and 12-14 C on Sunday.

Meanwhile, cold and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the province during the last 24 hours. Partly cloudy weather prevailed in Karachi and its surroundings.

Mithi remained the coldest place in the province where mercury dropped to 05 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 64 per cent.

In Karachi, minimum temperature was recorded at 13 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 68 per cent.

In Hyderabad, minimum temperature was recorded at 12 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 66 per cent.
