On the directives of AmeerJamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz NaeemurRehman, Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi is set to stage a sit-in at the Governor House on July 31. AmeerJamaat-e-Islami Karachi, MunemZafar Khan, has left Islamabad to join the preparations for the protest in Karachi. To strategize for the sit-in, a crucial meeting was convened at Idara Noor-e-Haq Karachi. Instructions for preparations have been issued to all districts and towns of Karachi. The protest follows Hafiz NaeemurRehman’s announcement to hold sit-ins at the Governor Houses of all four provinces starting July 31. Jamaat-e-Islami has decided to expand its protests nationwide until the demands of the Islamabad sit-in are met.
