Javed distributes laptops among students in various educational institutions

Caretaker Provincial Health Minister Dr. Javed Akram participated as a special guest in the ceremony of distribution of laptops among students belonging to Kashmir in Allama Iqbal Medical College. On this occasion, Secretary Higher Education Department Javed Akhtar, Special Secretary Department Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Syed Wajid Ali Shah, Principal Allama Iqbal Medical College Prof. Dr. Nadeem Hafeez Butt, Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Medical University Prof. Dr. Khalid Masood Gondal, Vice Chancellor King Edward Medical University Prof. Dr. Mehmood Ayaz, Principal Amir ud din Medical College Prof Dr Sardar Zafar Al Farid, Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Dr. Mansoor Sarwar, Vice Chancellor UET Taxila Dr. Inayat ullah Khan, Vice Chancellor Bahauddin Zakaria University Dr. Muhammad Uzair, Additional Secretary Higher Education Department Naeem Sindhu, Principal Punjab Medical College and a large number of Kashmiri students from various educational institutions participated. The caretaker provincial health minister Dr. Javed Akram distributed laptops among the students from Kashmir in various educational institutions.

Caretaker Provincial Health Minister Dr. Javed Akram said that we as parents and teachers are protectors of Kashmiri children. Kashmiri children are a trust with us. Pakistani people’s hearts beat with Kashmiris. We stand with Kashmiri brothers and sisters. Now, insha’Allah, laptops will be distributed to Kashmiri children every year.

A hall is being built in Fatima Jinnah Medical University to pay tribute to the Kashmiri people. We remember people of Kashmir in every prayer. It is hoped that these laptops will lead to an increase in the knowledge of Kashmiri students. Provincial Health Minister Dr. Javed Akram thanked Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi for distributing laptops among Kashmiri students.

He also congratulated Additional Secretary Medical Education Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Wasim and Section Officer Medical Education Osama Javed for organizing the successful event. Principal Allama Iqbal Medical College Prof. Dr. Nadeem Hafeez Butt welcomed all the guests to the ceremony of distributing laptops to Kashmiri students. Prof. Dr. Nadeem Hafeez Butt said that provincial health minister Dr. Javed Akram has performed historic services as the principal of Allama Iqbal Medical College. Vice Chancellor UET Lahore Dr. Mansoor Sarwar, Vice Chancellor UET Taxila Dr. Inayat ullah Khan and Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Medical University Prof. Dr. Khalid Masood Gondal paid tribute on special effort to distribute laptops to Kashmiri students.

Professor Dr. Khalid Masood Gondal said that the caretaker provincial health minister Dr. Javed Akram is serving the people of Punjab sincerely.
