Siddiqui’s funeral prayer was attended by cabinet members, parliamentarians, friends & relatives
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Member of the Senate, Irfan-ul-Haque Siddiqui was laid to rest in H-11 graveyard on Tuesday in the presence of his family members, friends, colleagues in Senate and the National Assembly and a large number of the PML-N workers.
Among those who attended Irfan Siddiqui’s Namaz-e-Janaza included Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, Minister for Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Prof Ahsan Iqbal, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Minister for National Food Security & Research, Rana Tanveer Hussain, Federal Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs & GB, Amir Maqam, Senator Tanveer Chaudhry, MNA Ejazul Haq, MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan, former MD Pakistan Baitul Maal (PBM), Zamurd Khan, Dr Jamal Nasir, senators, members of the National Assembly, academicians and media persons.
Fateha Khawani was held in the National Assembly of Pakistan on Tuesday for the blessing of his soul. Senator Irfan Siddiqui who breathed his last a day earlier on Monday was considered a committed and loyal trustworthy friend of the PML-N supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
