International Mushaira “Shehr-e-Qaid” will be held on February 8, at Expo Center Karachi in a grand manner. The announcement was made by President Farqanur Rehman and Chairman Haji Rafiq Pardesi. Farqanur Rehman stated that the mushaira would play a crucial role in promoting Urdu literature and preserving cultural traditions, introducing the younger generations to the rich world of Urdu poetry. Renowned poets from around the world will entertain the audience with their poetry during the event.
The Commissioner and Mayor Karachi, Barrister Murtaza Wahab, have been extended special invitations. The public is encouraged to attend in large numbers to make this memorable mushaira a success.
