In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an officer of India’s Railway Protection Force (RPF), who was injured in an attack earlier this week in Pulwama district, succumbed to his injuries, today.
The RPF Sub-Inspector identified as Dev Raj sustained critical injuries in the attack in the Kakapora area of the district on Monday. He was undergoing treatment at the SHMS hospital in Srinagar, where he succumbed, today. Another cop, Surinder Kumar, was killed in the attack that took place on Monday evening.—KMS
