Indian police arrest several youth including a woman in Bandipora


In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, police on Monday arrested several youth including a woman in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

A police spokesman in a statement to media claimed that the arrested youth were ‘militants’ and ‘over ground workers’ (OGWs) of mujahid organizations to justify their arrest.

The arrested youth have been identified as Arif Ajaz Shehri of Nadihal, Ajaz Ahmad Reshi of Rampora and Shariq Ahmad Lone of Gundpora, Riyaz Ahmad Mir of Plan Bandipora, Ghulam Mohammad Waza of Tawheedabad, Bagh.—KMS
