ISLAMABAD – Google has announced a free one-year Gemini subscription for eligible college students worldwide, including Pakistan, prompting students to seek information on how they can claim the offer.
It was unveiled by Google Vice President Wilson White during his visit to Pakistan when he reiterated that the company’s objectives are aligned with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s goal of turning Pakistan into a hub for information technology exports, with a target of reaching $30 billion in IT exports.

Starting August 19, the tech firm has introduced new offers on our Google AI plans so that college students
For eligible college students outside the US, the company offers Google AI Plus, free of charge. This offer provides access to Gemini Omni, 2x higher usage limits in Gemini, 4 400 GB of storage, and more.
Google AI Plus helps in research and exam preparation.
With this, Students can get more access in Gemini and Gemini Notebook to analyse up to 200 pages of your class notes
“Get more access to generate a first draft, work on your arguments and fine-tune your ideas,” Google wrote in its blog.
