KARACHI – Honda Atlas Cars has announced significant price reductions for its HR-V lineup, offering customers lower prices for a limited period and subject to available stock.
The company has reduced the price of the HR-V e:HEV by Rs1.07 million, bringing its price down from Rs10.369 million to Rs9.299 million.
Meanwhile, the HR-V VTi-S has become Rs500,000 cheaper, with its price falling from Rs7.799 million to Rs7.299 subsequently raised the model’s price by Rs1.37 million, with the revised price applying to new orders placed from July million.
The latest adjustment follows changes in the taxation regime for locally manufactured hybrid electric vehicles. Earlier, the HR-V e:HEV had become considerably more expensive after a tax concession for hybrid vehicles expired on June 30, 2026.
Honda subsequently raised the model’s price by Rs1.37 million, with the revised price applying to new orders placed from July 1, including certain back orders with partial payments.
The government later reduced the sales tax applicable to locally produced hybrid electric vehicles with engine capacities of up to 2,000cc from 25% to 18%. Following the tax adjustment, Honda Atlas has now passed on part of the relief through lower prices for the two HR-V variants.
