KARACHI – Gold prices in Pakistan plunged for second consecutive day amid decreasing global prices on Wednesday, May 22.
According to Sarafa Association, the per tola price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs300 to reach Rs248,200, whereas, the price of 10-gram declined by Rs236 to settle at Rs212,791.
In international market, the price of the precious metal plunged by $3 to close at $2,395 per ounce.

On May 21, per tola gold prices declined by Rs1,900 to reach Rs248,500 while the price of 10-gram gold dropped to Rs213,048 after a decrease of Rs1,630.
