Gold price forecast 2026 as yellow metal sees gains in Pakistan

Gold Rates in Pakistan Today, 23 July 2025

Gold price outlook 2025: Gold prices are expected to climb further in the coming year 2026, with predictions indicating the potential for record highs in US dollar terms.

As a result, gold prices in Pakistan are likely to move up due to global economic factors and fluctuations in the value of the Pakistani Rupee (PKR).

Experts forecast that gold prices could increase significantly over the next five years (2025-2030), driven by factors such as global inflation, geopolitical instability, central bank gold purchases, and strong demand for the commodity from Asian markets.

Reports said major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs and Societe Generale, have projected gold prices to potentially reach $4,000 to $5,000 per ounce by 2026.

Factors that can play role in driving the gold prices up include geopolitical tensions, a weaker US dollar, and strong demand from countries like China and India.

The PKR/USD exchange rate will also play a significant role in determining local gold prices.
